Bill RedmondManaging Director
After taking over the leadership of Ramvek from Mark White, Bill has moved the company to a new level. As the Managing Director of Ramvek Bill is taking a hands-on approach. His 25 years of delivering high profile projects around Australia, as well as his strong business acumen, ensures he provides clear and decisive direction to the business. The disciplined approach he instils in the team and his passion for great customer service reflects in the delivery of every project. Bill’s development and leadership around Ramvek’s Core Values provides a framework to guide the business in an ever changing market.
Mark WhiteFounding Director
Although Mark has been stepping back from Ramvek, the company he founded in 1988 he is still very much involved in the strategic direction of the business. As a mentor to the business he promotes customer satisfaction as the highest priority, this has not changed for last 30 years. Much of Mark’s time is now taken up with Ramvek’s community work. The Manapan Furniture workshop based in Arnhem Land NT is teaching fine furniture building to the local communities.
Adrian SavageOperations Manager
Adrian Savage is Ramvek’s Operations Manager. Adrian has been in operational or projects roles with Ramvek for more than 10 years; he has a practical approach to problem solving assisting greatly for the challenges he faces within his role.
Adrian has been working in the construction industry for 20 years, with the trade qualification certificate IV in construction. As well as managing the Production Department, Adrian has personally project managed many high profile and luxury projects for Ramvek.
Mark GaleSales Manager
As Sales Manager, Mark goes the extra mile for his clients and ensures this value is upheld throughout Ramvek. Mark has worked for over 20 years in the fitout industry including senior roles in commercial fit-out and retail. He has furthered his education with business and construction qualifications and actively participates in industry functions and events. Mark’s trade background, design experience and business strategy gives him the resources to understand the needs of each client.
Paul KanallyBusiness Development Manager
Paul has gained extensive project experience over the past 24 years on a range of industry sectors including Government, Commercial, Industrial and Residential. He has worked in several senior roles within the industry delivering high profile projects including works on the Commonwealth Games Athletes Village M2006 project.
Paul is highly skilled across all facets of a project lifecycle including, lease negotiation, design management, project management, contract administration, programme management, move and relocation management, handover and defects liability management.
With strong communication skills and energetic approach to project delivery Paul ensures client’s requirements are exceeded.
Sam ChineDesign Manager
Throughout his career Sam has delivered many high-profile projects across many sectors. He has completed degrees in both architecture and design. His skills are unique with not just a creative mind to create exciting concepts, but an excellent eye for detail to bring these concepts to life through detailed documentation, complimented with the construction knowledge to see the projects through to completion. Sam heads our experienced design team with a focus on journeying with our clients through the entire design process to ensure that initial expectations align with end results. Sam is genuine, humble and a person that everybody enjoys working with.
David is an accomplished CFO with in excess of 25 years of financial accounting experience. David demonstrates a passion for Business Process Improvement, developing positive customer relationships and streamlining operations to vitalise financial management environments. David’s philosophy is that a company is only as good as its people and its ability to operate cost effectively. He strives for sustained relationships built on respect, trust and integrity with a focus on activity that adds value to our loyal clients.
Kelly BidesiOffice Manager
Kelly is office/facility manager and PA to managing director Bill Redmond. Kelly is the ‘go to’ person and is responsible for many critical functions to keep Ramvek moving forward. Her extensive knowledge of the business makes her a key and central element of our success. Given her record for fast thinking and multi-tasking it is not surprising that Kelly has become a highly valued member of the Ramvek team since joining in 2012.
Trevor WuerschingProduction Manager
When it comes to the manufacture of high quality joinery there is nothing more important than strict process and quality control. It is Trevor’s vast experience in production management and store delivery that allows him to confidently control our state the of art facility. Through his team of technical designers, machinists and tradespeople the factory produces some the highest quality joinery available in Australia.
Naomi HeathKey Account Manager
Naomi’s background includes work with large chain stores where she was responsible for design concept, to project management, including being on site with builders and other trades. As Key Account Manager at Ramvek Naomi enjoys the challenges of working with one of the world’s leading global brands and take pride in constantly exceeding expectations.
Brett WatsonSenior Project Manager
Brett has been delivering successful projects of up to $5M for over 10 years. He has experience in retail, commercial and government projects encompassing both base build and fitout works. Brett originally started on the tools working with structural metalwork and in construction. He draws on this hands-on experience when managing projects and in problem solving. Brett believes in open, honest and clear communication and attributes this to his ongoing success.
Harry TryfonosProject Manager
Harry has been with the Ramvek team for more than five years. Harry plays a senior role within the Projects Team and has delivered a large number of high-profile projects. Harry has extensive experience in not only Project Management but also has a design background and experience working ‘client side’ with leading international luxury brands.
Natalie SwanProject Manager – Commercial
Natalie studied architecture and design at RMIT University (obtaining a Bachelor of Design) with a Masters degree in landscape architecture. A second degree, also at RMIT, gave Natalie a graduate diploma in project management. Natalie is passionate about every project she delivers and she is extremely well regarded by both her clients and the team. She faces challenges head on and communicates clearly to ensure each project outcome is delivered successfully.
Tracie GardinerProject Manager
After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from RMIT, Tracie worked Client side Project Design and Delivery before moving to shopfitting Project Management. Tracie’s expertise is managing multi-store fitout’s across Australia simultaneously and understanding her client’s expectations and timeframe driven dates. Her honest and compassionate approach to projects has resulted in trust and loyalty from her clients and colleagues.
Nathan VolpeProject Manager
With more than 18 years of industry experience and trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking and Carpentry Nathan has a wealth of practical knowledge to draw on when managing projects. He has continued his education and has a qualification in building and construction. Nathan has a client-focussed attitude and prides himself on clear and precise communication to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned.
Katherine HillsProject Manager
Through her strong organisation skills and exceptional customer service Katherine has successfully delivered many large scale retail rollout projects. Katherine has the ability to stay one step ahead even in the most dynamic and fast moving projects. Combined with her clear communication this foresight allows Katherine to pro-actively and strategically steer projects to a successful outcome.
Steve SnellEstimating Manager
With many years of experience across all facets of the fitout industry Steve is an energetic, ethical and outcome focused professional with a sharp eye for detail. He has strong relationship management skills and always has his clients as first priority. Steve is quick solve problems and provide solutions and is competent in managing competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes.
Anny LimInterior Designer
Anny has a specific passion for creating brand orientated environments. Before joining the Ramvek she worked internationally and through her travels she was influenced by many different cultures, these influences are reflected in her work on retail interiors today. She is passionate about the use of local materials and great environmental outcomes with her designs. Anny is a strong, imaginative designer with the ability to establish and articulate specific client requirements with any project.
Justin AverySenior Documenter
Justin has designed immersive sites for major sporting events, exhibitions for world fair pavilions, playgrounds for museums and retail stores across the country. With each project, no matter how large and complex, he tries to bring the same attention to detail and critical eye. Justin’s focus is to produce objects and spaces that are both functional and inspiring. Justin has always been inspired by well executed design communication. He loves the fact that his job gives him an opportunity to produce quality documentation and visualisations.
Bec Vander ReeProject Co-Ordinator
Bec is a driven young professional, whose attention to detail and high organisational skills actively contribute to her projects, her relationship with clients and architects, and her communications and direction to onsite trade teams. Bec’s bright and enthusiastic personality and her determined attitude, make her an integral member of the Ramvek team.
Elaine LeitchProject Co-Ordinator
As a valued team member at Ramvek for more than 15 years, Elaine is well known as an expert in her field. After working through roles in Accounts, IT and Projects Elaine has spent the past 10 years helping Ramvek deliver exceptional service to a world leading retailer. Elaine is well regarded by both clients and our site teams who she works with on a daily basis.
Amy NaylorProject Co-Ordinator
Joining Ramvek straight after high school Amy is one of the longest serving team members – well over 20 years! In this time Amy has not only assisted in Ramvek’s success but has been a large part of the Ramvek culture. Amy’s experience in all areas of Ramvek’s operations provides her with an unparalleled level of knowledge which she has put to use over the last 5 years with one of Ramvek’s major accounts.
Briohny DawkinsProject Co-Ordinator
Prior to Ramvek Briohny has 7 years in a project co-ordination role in open space projects with local government bodies and residential developers as well as with Public transport Victoria. Briohny applies professional attitude and aptitude to her role yet has a great sense of humour and an ability to take stressful situations in her stride when delivering projects.
Paul HennessyProject Co-Ordinator
Paul has more than three years’ experience delivering successful commercial construction projects up to $1 million. He began his career on the tools with a mix of carpentry, foundation work and basement retention systems. He has also progressed through tertiary study, completing the Diploma of Building and Construction at RMIT. Paul believes in open communication with all project stakeholders and goes the extra mile to drive all projects to a successful handover.
Dina WuProject Co-Ordinator
Dina has over 12 years’ experience working on retail projects alongside both Australian and international brands including work in Store Development for big box retail. Dina has completed post grad studies at Swinburne University with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. She is fluent in Mandarin and leverages her strong organisation and communication skills to ensure every project is delivered successfully.
Maree TomlinsonProject Co-Ordinator
Maree has worked on one of Ramvek’s major retail accounts for over 5 years delivering outstanding service and quality project delivery. Her studies and qualifications include a Bachelor Agricultural Science, Graduated Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, and certificate in office management and book keeping. Maree is currently completing Level 2 in yoga teaching.
Through her career Maree has worked through various roles, which gives her an excellent knowledge base, including Office Manager, payroll, accounts, project co-ordination, logistics, administration, reception.
